Guarantee and returns

In the very unlikely event of being unhappy with your picture, we will refund your money back in full. Return the item within 30 days and once received Netbanx will refund the money back to your account. This will be followed up by an email letting you know that your money has been refunded. This policy is only valid for items returned in the same condition as when they were sent. Any returns should be sent to the address below.
